Special Keynote Presentation: Milton V. Peterson, Founder and Chairman, The Peterson Companies

The Peterson Companies (TPC), developer of National Harbor, has an extensive history of successful development and acquisition of properties in office, retail, residential, and land development. The National Harbor project, which covers more than a mile on the shores of the Potomac, is the biggest gamble Peterson has ever taken, but it was hardly the first. In this presentation, you will hear about risk-taking and more from the developer’s perspective.
