Mark Zweig
Mark C. Zweig is best known as the leading
expert in management for the architecture, engineering, planning, and
environmental industry. He started his career in a management consulting firm
specialized in the construction and development industries, and then worked as a
principal and manager in two A/E and environmental firms. He founded Mark Zweig
& Associates in 1988, which later became ZweigWhite in 1991.
Although Mark retired from the daily
operations at ZweigWhite at the end of 2004, he hasn't stopped spreading the
gospel of good management practices. He writes his weekly column in The
Zweig Letter and serves on ZweigWhite's
Board. He also gives a limited number of talks each year and sits on the BOD's
of several different privately-held A/E firms. He is also an
Executive-in-Residence teaching entrepreneurship at The Sam M. Walton College of
Business at the University of Arkansas. And, he is on the Dean's Circle of the
School of Architecture at the University of Arkansas as well.
Mark received both his MBA and BS in Organizational Behavior from Southern
Illinois University at Carbondale, Illinois.
