2011 AEC Mergers & Acquisitions Summit
December 1-2, 2011
Four Seasons Resort, Palm Beach, FL

About this event:
Since 2003, ZweigWhite has been bringing together leaders of architecture, engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firms for two days focused on M&A strategies and logistics. Attendees come to identify new business opportunities, and to share their transaction and integration experiences—as buyers and/or sellers. The presenters are A/E firm leaders and advisors with recent and real-world knowledge that will help you make smart deals that work in the long run.

Who attends:
The AEC M&A Summit is for all owners and principals and features informational sessions for buyers and sellers including case histories, recent deal activity, and best practices for M&A logistics. An active networking event, attendees can expect to meet other prospective buyers and sellers to share experiences and explore partnership opportunities.

Why you should attend:
Don’t take chances with your firm’s future! If you are leading an AEC firm today and want to survive the recession, you need to know all the options for sustainability including: ownership transition; maximizing shareholder return; expanding resources (managerial, marketing, financial, personnel), and other growth options. Understanding how a merger or acquisition can help you achieve those goals, and knowing how to protect yourself (and your firm) from potential minefields and common mistakes is critical to long term success.

What’s included:
Registration fees cover participation in all program sessions, breakfasts, lunch, and a private cocktail reception and dinner on Thursday, December 1st.
