The last three years have not been the best of times for many architecture, engineering and environmental consulting firms. During this 90-minute webinar, ZweigWhite investment banking professionals will assist you in understanding how to:
-
Enhance long-term shareholder value
-
Mitigate the risks of ownership in turbulent times
-
Address business fundamentals commonly overlooked that can have big impacts down the road in a transaction
-
Provide the keys to success as the market begins to improve
Following their presentation, Jeff Clark, managing director of ZweigWhite’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group, and Hobson Hogan, ZweigWhite principal, will answer questions you and your management team may have.
The presentation will last 60 minutes and will be followed by a 30-minute Q&A session. Registrants will also be able to schedule a private, 30-minute, one-on-one telephone discussion with a ZweigWhite investment banker to discuss a firm’s particular situation. We recommend as many members of a firm’s management team as possible attend the webinar. The $295 cost includes as many people on your staff as you would like to participate. A recording of the presentation and Q&A will be available within 24 hours after the event for anyone not able to attend the event live. |
ZweigWhite has been focused on business management services, research and information for architecture, engineering and environmental consulting firms since 1988. During that time our mergers and acquisition group has completed more than 100 transactions for companies totaling more than $1 billion in revenues.
By focusing exclusively on the A/E/C industry, we are able to provide our clients with a unique perspective that is relevant to their business. If you're concerned about the value of your ownership stake or not sure how you position your firm for a possible transaction in the future, this webinar is right for you and your management team.
We will help you know where your firm stacks up against its peer group and provide strategic recommendations to help you come out ahead.
During our one hour presentation we’ll provide 21 ways to secure the value of your firm. We’ll help answer questions on topics such as:
-
Ownership structures – who’s on the bus?
-
Valuations-what is the new normal
-
What buyers are looking for today?
-
What makes a successful transaction?
-
How do I plan my exit to mitigate risk to myself and the firm?
We’ll collect questions during the course of the presentation and then answer those questions in a 30-minute Q&A session following the presentation. We know a lot of owners are concerned about confidentiality, as are we. That’s why we’re also allocating 30 minutes for a one-on-one phone call with all registrants to discuss questions and subjects relative to a firm’s particular situation.
Who should attend?
-
Owners, presidents and CEOs of architecture, engineering and environmental consulting firms
-
