Steve specializes in corporate financial advisory services including mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, ownership transition plans, and strategic planning for engineering, architecture, environmental consulting, and construction firms. Steve was an investment banking associate with Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown in McLean, Virginia, where he was responsible for capital raising, restructuring, and merger and acquisition assignments for companies in the Mid-Atlantic region. Steve received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Cornell University Johnson Graduate School of Management. He earned the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, having completed the three-year program of study and examinations concentrating on securities valuation and investments.
