Ed Friedrichs, FAIA, FIIDA | Consultant
Ed joined Gensler, Architecture Design and Planning Worldwide, in San Francisco in 1969, opening the firm’s Los Angeles office in 1976, was appointed President in 1995, leading its development as one of the most successful and influential design firms in the world. During his tenure at Gensler he established the firm’s successful practice areas in entertainment, transportation, urban and master planning and strategic facility consulting.

Christine Brack designs strategic and tactical initiatives relative to leadership, marketing, organizational structure, and operational improvement, with an emphasis on project delivery-analyzing and optimization.
Tracey D. Jeffers, CBA | Principal
Tracey has completed valuations ranging from small businesses to multi-million dollar operating companies to holding companies with a variety of assets. Additionally, she has served as an expert witness on business valuation litigation matters.

Hobson Hogan assists architectural, engineering and construction firms with strategy formulation and ownership transfer issues. Hobson has an extensive background in finance, strategic planning, consulting and engineering.
Jeremy Clarke | Director, Executive Search Consulting
Jeremy Clarke is a native of Iowa and a decorated veteran of the 1990 Persian Gulf War. After serving 11 years with the U.S. Air Force (at home and abroad), Jeremy has enjoyed a successful 13-year Recruiting career, and has served in lead strategic Executive Search positions within some of America’s largest and most respected companies, to include: Wal-Mart, Cox Communications, Rockwell International, and Korn Ferry International.
Ted Maziejka, LEED AP | Consultant
Ted has more than thirty years of operational, financial, strategic and management experience in both small and large architectural, engineering and planning organizations, including Mancini Duffy, HDR Architecture, Little & Assoc. and 12 years with Gensler as financial administrator and director of operations.
