WAYLAND, MA – ZweigWhite is now accepting entries for the 2010 Best Firms To Work For, the industry’s search for the most exceptional practices in HR management and off-the-charts employee satisfaction in architecture, engineering, environmental, and multidisciplinary consulting firms. The deadline to enter is April 23, 2010. Firms can get detailed information and take the online surveys at www.zweigwhite.com/go/bestfirms2010.

To compete, U.S. and Canadian firms must demonstrate that they are outstanding employers through their compensation, benefits, training and development, and work environment by satisfying requirements in the Corporate Survey. Once completed, to continue eligibility, a minimum percentage of employees are required to complete the Employee Survey, a confidential opportunity for employees to reflect on their perception of their work environment. When the rankings are finalized, employers will receive a full report which includes feedback of the firm’s structure and performance based on employee responses.

Winners will be recognized in the following categories: Best Civil Engineering Firms To Work For, Best Structural Engineering Firms To Work For, Best Architecture Firms To Work For, Best Environmental Services Firm To Work For, and Best Multidiscipline A/E Service Firms To Work For.

This year’s winners will be announced and highlighted at the Best Firms To Work For Summit presented by Stagnito Media in collaboration with ZweigWhite. They will also be featured in future CE News and Structural Engineering & Design issues. Summit dates and location to be determined.
