Event Overview

There has never been a more crucial time than now for firm leaders to get serious about financial management. In a weak economy, firms with poor financial management and controls are much more vulnerable than those that take a disciplined approach to managing their businesses. Using a case-study format, participants will learn to read and interpret income statements and balance sheets, understand basic accounting concepts, utilize historical and predictive financial metrics, and learn industry best practices for cash flow management. THIS COURSE IS A MUST FOR ANY DESIGN PROFESSIONAL THAT MANAGES A DIVISION OR OFFICE, OR ASPIRES TO DO SO.
