Saman Chaudry
Chief Business Officer, Winzler & Kelly Consulting Engineers
Saman
has more than a decade of experience in providing strategic advisory
services to the A/E industry. She leads Winzler & Kelly’s business
development efforts and is currently managing their organizational
transition to a market sector business development model. She has assisted hundreds of engineering, architecture,
environmental, and planning companies with business planning, leadership
development, management audits, ownership transition, executive and staff
compensation structure, employee retention, executive recruitment strategy,
and creating a “Best Firm To Work For” environment.
Prior to Winzler & Kelly, Saman was with ZweigWhite, serving as a VP and managing
director within the advisory services division. In this capacity, she assisted
companies in identifying and implementing strategic business planning
initiatives in the areas of leadership transition and development, sales and
marketing strategy, executive search and coaching, and human resources
programs. Saman received her MBA with a
concentration in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of
Pennsylvania and a BA in Environmental Science from
the University of California at Berkeley.
Po-Sun Chen
Regional Director, WD Partners
Po
leads the West Coast offices of WD Partners, an international design &
development firm focused exclusively on multi-unit clients such as The Home
Depot, Fresh & Easy, Starbucks, Circuit City, TravelCenters of America, and
Whole Foods. Po is responsible for strategy implementation, organizational
management & operations, and client program management. Prior to joining WD,
he spent nearly a decade at ZweigWhite as principal in charge of West Coast
management consulting and leader of the firm's national Human Resources
Advisory Services practice. Po has extensive experience managing a wide range
of annual recruiting contracts and executive recruiting projects for A/E/P &
environmental consulting firms nationwide. Po has trained and advised
clients on interviewing, compensation, relocation, outplacement, strategic
recruitment, staff retention, and other human resource issues. As a
management consultant, Po supported marketing consulting, firm mergers and
acquisitions, market research, and valuation/ownership transition projects
for A/E/P & environmental consulting clients. In addition, Po has been a
speaker at industry conferences and was a contributing author to several
publications including The Zweig Letter. Po received his MBA with a
concentration in HR & Organizational Management from the Wharton School at
the University of Pennsylvania and dual Bachelor degrees in English and
Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
