Founder and CEO, ZweigWhite
Mark C. Zweig is best known as the leading expert in management for the architecture, engineering, planning, and environmental industry. With more than three decades as a student of the industry, Mark knows architecture, engineering, and environmental consulting firms inside and out. He has worked with A/E and environmental consulting firms of virtually all sizes and types throughout the U.S. and abroad, and helped them solve just about every problem—from strategic business planning, to turnarounds, to partner separations, to organizational restructuring, to mergers and acquisitions, to reenergizing marketing, to dealing with cash flow crises, solving tricky ownership transition scenarios, and more. Mark is a widely published writer on A/E/P and environmental firm management. Since 1992, thousands of leaders of A/E and environmental consulting firms have turned to his editorials in The Zweig Letter each week for information, insight, and inspiration. Mark sits on the BOD's of several different privately-held A/E/C firms, ranging from $10 million to $200 million in annual revenues. He also teaches entrepreneurship at The Sam M. Walton College of Business and teaches a class on “Everything they don’t usually teach you in architectural school” in the Fay Jones School of Architecture at the University of Arkansas.
Christine Brack, PMP
Principal, Business Planning
Christine Brack works with architecture, engineering, development, and environmental consulting firms in the U.S. and abroad. Her business planning engagements design strategic and tactical initiatives relative to long term growth, market sector planning, business development effectiveness, organizational alignment, and operational improvement. Her AEC experience comes after spending eight years as a project manager with a general contractor on new construction and adaptive reuse projects in the higher education arena. Christine was a strategy and research consultant at both Frost & Sullivan and The Economist Intelligence Unit. Within the industry, Christine is a Professional Affiliate of the AIA and serves on the Practice Management Knowledge Community for the Chicago Chapter, as well as a member of SMPS. She is a frequent speaker at AIA and ACEC regional seminars and is also a contributing author to The Zweig Letter, The Zweig Marketing Letter, and CENews.
Chad Clinehens, PE

Chad's career spans 16 years in the A/E/P industry. His career includes working as a registered professional engineer in transportation and aviation as well as strategic leadership of a 350+ multi-discipline engineering firm. Most recently, Chad was Chief Strategy Officer at Garver where he provided strategic guidance and directional leadership of marketing, business development and branding activities for 12 offices across the south central and southeast US. Chad combines his engineering background with his education and experience in business and to aid engineering firms in creating effective and efficient business structures that drive results. His expertise includes strategic planning, branding, organizational architecture, presentation coaching, and general business consulting.
