Mark Zweig is the leading expert in management for the architecture, engineering, planning, and environmental industry.

Ed Friedrichs | Chairman

Ed joined Gensler, Architecture Design and Planning Worldwide, in San Francisco in 1969, opening the firm’s Los Angeles office in 1976, was appointed President in 1995, leading its development as one of the most successful and influential design firms in the world. During his tenure at Gensler he established the firm’s successful practice areas in entertainment, transportation, urban and master planning and strategic facility consulting.

Jeff Clark | Managing Director and Principal

Jeff Clark is Managing Director and Principal of the M&A team for ZweigWhite. He has worked over the past several years with ZweigWhite's parent company, Eli Global, as a M&A consultant handling 19 successful engagements totaling over $150 million in transaction value.

Tracey D. Jeffers | Principal

Tracey Jeffers, MBA, holds the senior-level Certified Business Appraiser (CBA) designation conferred by The Institute of Business Appraisers, the Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) designation conferred by the NEBB Institute and the Senior Business Analyst (SBA) designation awarded by the Society of Business Analysts.

Eric Howerton | Vice President of Operations

Eric Howerton started his career as a professional photographer for the Northwest Arkansas Times newspaper. He founded and published Get Out Magazine, then later became founder and president of Now Creative, Inc., a traditional advertising agency and WhyteSpyder, Inc., a digital marketing company.

Christine Brack | Principal

Christine Brack designs strategic and tactical initiatives relative to leadership, marketing, organizational structure, and operational improvement, with an emphasis on project delivery-analyzing and optimization.

John Soter | Principal

John Soter helps clients with strategy and direction, designing and implementing measurement and management processes and systems, and training executives and managers in strategic, leadership, and managerial skills.

Hobson Hogan | Principal

Hobson Hogan is a seasoned mergers and acquisitions professional with significant experience in A/E/C industry. Hobson assists architectural, engineering and construction firms with strategy formulation and ownership transfer issues, including buyer and seller representations.

Jonathan Voelkel | Senior Associate

Jonathan Voelkel is a senior associate in ZweigWhite’s Financial Advisory Services group. With over five years of corporate finance experience at ZweigWhite, he has worked with more than one-hundred A/E/Environmental Consulting companies in all facets of mergers & acquisitions, valuation, ownership transition planning, equity incentive compensation, and ESOP advisory.
