If you are not an expert in architecture, engineering, environmental consulting and construction, you must be willing and able to become one within 3 months. The candidate should have 5 years of progressively challenging journalism experience or the equivalent. Experience with the architecture, engineering, environmental and construction industries is a huge plus. The right candidate will be able to multi-task, follow through on all assigned projects, hit tight deadlines, and proof and edit copy quickly and accurately. As a small team with several major deadlines every week, we also need a writer/editor who possesses superior time- and project-management skills. This is a full-time position.
