TAX AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

Standard Shipping Methods and Rates
Items are usually shipped the same day we receive your order or the next business day. We normally ship your merchandise via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Domestic shipping is charged at $8 for the first item and $2 for each additional item. Some items (CD recordings, for example) may incur a lesser shipping cost. Most customers receive their Priority Mail shipments within 2-5 business days, dependent on their proximity to Massachusetts. ZweigWhite does not assess "handling" charges.

Express Orders
We send rush orders via Federal Express (FedEx). You may opt for FedEx shipping when you check out. Available rates and delivery options (overnight, 2-day, etc.) for your shipment will be presented at that time. The cut-off time for a business day's FedEx orders is 2 PM ET. Thus, FedEx orders placed after 2 PM will be sent the following business day. We recommend that you call 800-466-6275 for rush orders to confirm availability.

International Shipping Methods and Rates
Orders shipped to foreign addresses, including Canada, are sent via Federal Express. Shipments to Canada start at $35 (USD) and increase roughly according to item quantity and weight. Shipments outside Canada and the US will be charged at the prevailing FedEx rate. We recommend that you call to confirm product availability and shipping charges. Sales Taxes
Our publications and products are subject to state taxation if shipped to the following locations: Illinois; Massachusetts; Virginia. Local and county taxes may also apply in these locations.

If mailing an order, please enclose your check or credit card information to pay in advance. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. All prices are in US Dollars.

RETURN POLICY / GUARANTEE

We will refund the purchase price of the item, as well as the original shipping charge. We do not charge a "restocking" fee. There are no hoops to jump through, no strings attached, and no questions asked, but it's generally advisable to call us, toll-free, at 800-466-6275 to let us know to expect your return. In the event that you received an incorrect item, please call immediately to arrange shipment of the correct item.
